I like being close to both the product pressure and the technical detail. That usually means shaping the architecture, writing real code, and staying involved long enough to make sure the system actually lands well.
Twindevs gives me a way to do that work without separating strategy from implementation. It keeps the business context visible, but the work still gets done at the level of systems, edge cases, and delivery.
What matters most to me is whether a team ends up with something clearer, steadier, and easier to trust than what they had before.
